Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in software development (need at least two technologies from our tech stack), preferably within or in collaboration with startups.
• Versatile programming skills, with proficiency in at least two of the languages and frameworks we use (JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js,, Next.js, Node.js, Nest.js) and openness to learn as project needs evolve.
• Demonstrable experience with deploying and managing generative AI models,including language models, in a production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of proactivity.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, propose solutions, and discuss challenges in a clear and constructive manner. Capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and directly with founders or startup leadership when necessary.
• Comfortable with rapid iteration and feedback loops.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and adaptability in the face of ambiguity.
• Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
