Responsibilities

• Innovative problem solving: Tackle unique challenges that come with building scalable platforms from scratch or enhancing existing solutions to meet the exponential growth demands of startups.
• Technological versatility: Be ready to jump between technologies, frameworks, and programming languages, always choosing the right tool for the job at hand and the growth stage of the startup.
• Value-driven development: Focus on creating immediate and impactful value for startups by understanding their core needs, market demands, and the competitive landscape. Iterate quickly and efficiently.
• Mentoring and guiding: Take an active role in mentoring less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in software development (need at least two technologies from our tech stack), preferably within or in collaboration with startups.
• Versatile programming skills, with proficiency in at least one of the languages we use (please specify) and openness to learn as project needs evolve.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of proactivity.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, propose solutions, and discuss challenges in a clear and constructive manner. Capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and directly with founders or startup leadership when necessary.
• Comfortable with rapid iteration and feedback loops.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and adaptability in the face of ambiguity.
• Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
