Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions for a wide variety of design challenges, including mobile, desktop and low code development platforms.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Influence and shape the product and feature design direction by partnering closely with the Product Design, Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Follow the established practices and processes of the design team while also identifying and recommending areas for improvement.
• Present design work , justify and communicate it with the internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in design iterations and contribute to refining and improving UX design solutions based on given feedback.
• Conduct user research, A/B and multivariable testing, and usability testing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating designs that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Conceptualize end-to-end user flows, from rapid prototypes to pixel-perfect design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio with at least one case study showcasing your end-to-end design process with a focus on mobile and web.
• Proficiency in creating detailed design systems and the ability to facilitate them.
• Understanding of user-centered design approach (UCD).
• Experience with Material Design, iOS design guidelines, and responsive web design.
• Experience with various wireframing and prototyping tools.Ability to present your designs and propose your solutions to various stakeholders and team members.

• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment with fast feedback loops.
• Having a lean-agile mindset.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and swiftly adapting to changing business contexts.
• Deep understanding of startup dynamics and experience in the startup ecosystem.
• Solid written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation tools.
• Experience in building low-code solutions (such as Webflow).
