Responsiblities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for various ventures. Align product goals with business objectives and prioritize features based on market research and customer feedback.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering,Design, and Marketing, to identify growth opportunities and develop product initiatives
• User Research and Insights: Conduct in-depth user interviews to gather valuable insights and feedback,ensuring a user-centered approach in shaping the product development process
• Feature Development: Work with the engineering team to define requirements, write user stories, and manage the product backlog. Prioritize development efforts based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Launch and Go-to-Market: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, introducing features gradually to address business hurdles proactively, starting from conceptualization to product launch. Track product performance and optimize features post-launch.
• Product Innovation: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the start-ups.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product progress, challenges, and updates to leadership and start-up founders. Set expectations and keep stakeholders informed on timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within start-ups, venture studios, or fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with software development processes, including Agile methodologies, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
• User-Centered Approach. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to translate user needs into actionable product features.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in solid English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Problem Solving skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Having Entrepreneurial Mindset. A passion for building products from scratch, with a bias toward action and experimentation.
• Proficiency with product management tools suchas JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms. Experience in utilizing analytical tools, methodologies, and design in a technical context.
• Collaborative Leadership. Able to collaborate within a technical setting, leading a diverse cross-functional team to shape product vision,outline product specifications,manage resources across various departments and navigate the team through crucial project milestones.
• Independent Decision-Making and Prioritization. Self-driven and able to work autonomously and the ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
